Horse Lover's Week
Do you love horses? Do you dream of having your own one day? Well, if you are crazy for horses, than Horse Lover's week is for you. Whether you are a beginner or have some riding experience, come to camp ready to learn more and have fun!
We'll ride of course, but we'll also learn about horse care, horse behavior, and how to be safe and have fun around these magnificent creatures God has created.
We'll learn to lead, groom, saddle, and just enjoy being with our equine friends. We may even "cook" for our horses and make horse treats too.
If you sign up for this program, be sure to bring some hard soled shoes - no sandals!. A shoe with a heel is best. We'll send you home with a notebook full of horsey things, AND things you've learned, some pictures and some great memories!
The program is run in cooperation with the North Riding Equestrian Center just 10 minutes from camp. Please email us for more details
